Thank you for choosing efunctional.com for your health and wellness needs. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity on the terms and conditions for returning test kits. Please review the details below:

Testing with an At-Home Collection Kit:

Please contact Customer Support for device malfunction or invalid results.

Within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund of your purchase amount, less a $29.00 kit fee, provided your sample hasn't been submitted to the lab. If your sample has been submitted, the purchase cannot be canceled, and testing will proceed. Results will be available in your efunctional.com account. If your kit is not received, arrives damaged, or is missing components, contact Customer Support within 14 days for a replacement kit or a full refund.

Returns and Cancellations:

Unused kits cannot be returned. If you choose not to proceed with testing, please dispose of the kit(s). Bulk orders of the efunctional Test Collection kits cannot be canceled or returned after shipment.

Refund Processing:

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within three (3) business days of refund eligibility confirmation. For any inquiries or assistance related to our refund policy, please contact Customer Support.
